12th FILK Freiberg Leather Days: Innovations and Insights in Salzburg
The 12th FILK Freiberg Leather Days will take place on June 12 and 13, 2024, in Salzburg, Austria, hosted by the FILK Freiberg Institute and the German Association for Tanning, Chemistry, and Technology (VGCT). This year's event is organised in collaboration with the Austrian Association VÖLT.
The organisers have announced that 25 speakers from 9 different countries will present at the conference, with simultaneous translation available in English and German for the 186 delegates. The event will also feature a guided tour of Salzburg and a dinner at the Stieglkeller, offering stunning views of the old town.
As part of the programme, GSC Group will be presenting an innovative study, titled “Utilisation of Bio-based Chemicals Evaluation and LCA Assessment for Future Leather Manufacture,” by Riccardo Pasquale, PhD, at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 13.
