Luxury leathergoods brand Hermès has reopened its store in the SKP shopping centre in Beijing’s central business district after an extensive renovation project.

This is one of three stores the brand has in the capital and one of 34 that it has throughout China.

In the renovated SKP store, women’s leathergoods and equestrian goods are on the ground floor, while the upper level houses leathergoods and shoes for men. Both floors provide guests with fitting rooms and a private salon.

Designed by Parisian architecture agency RDAI, the store represents a convergence of heritage, and innovation, Hermès has said.
