Changes to the Sustainable Leather Forum
The organisers of the Sustainable Leather Forum event have announced important changes for the 2024 event.
This year’s event will take place in Paris on September 9. Confirmed speakers so far include ICHSLTA vice-president, Nick Winters, World Wildlife Fund’s senior director for the beef and leather supply chain, Fernando Bellese, small skins tanner François Roques and materials and recycling expert Mansuy Rocquin.
Organiser, Alliance France Cuir, has said it expects more than 400 participants. It will have a new venue, the Maison de la Chimie conference centre near Invalides.
Another change for 2024 is that the event will continue into a second day. On September 10, participants will be able to follow up on the discussions of the previous day and continue the dialogue in a new series of online business meetings.
