Three Turkish producers of leather chemicals have recently secured version 3.1 certification from ZDHC.

The companies concerned are dye specialist Setas Boya, wet-end chemcials specialist Debag Kimya and vegetable tannin producer Ar-Tu Kimya. Ar-Tu’s specialism is tanning agents from the Valonia oak.

All three have expressed hope that ZDHC certification will help them expand their export business in the European Union.
