Official figures from Mexico show an increase in export revenues for February, with growth of 13% to reach $50.7 billion for the month.

The government said the automotive industry had been the biggest driver of growth, with an increase of 26.9% in the value of its exports compared to the figure for February 2023.

It also listed the leather industry, grouped together with textiles and apparel, among the biggest sources of growth, with an increase of 16.6% year on year.
