The parent group of leather chemicals developer Stahl and of testing services provider Bureau Veritas, Wendel, has reported revenues of €7.1 billion for 2023, up by 5.7% year on year.

Bureau Veritas contributed close to €6 billion of this, growth of 3.8% year on year. Stahl’s revenues were almost flat at €913.5 million.

Wendel chief executive, Laurent Mignon, said 2023 had been “very dynamic” for the group and its portfolio companies.
