Mexican leather manufacturer Lefarc, which has specialised in supply the footwear, automotive and accessories segments until now, has said it will produce its first furniture-specific collection before the end of this year.

For the first time, Lefarc took part in this year’s Expo Mueble Internacional exhibition, which took place in Guadalajara in mid-February.

It said it was “very satisfied” with the outcome and that a number of furniture brands, including Natulier, Stown Design and Casa Nura, had included pieces covered with Lefarc leather in their displays at the event.

Following this, the leather manufacturer said it was committed to producing its first full collection for furniture clients in the course of 2024.
