GM Leather appoints new CFO
Italian leather manufacturer GM Leather Spa announced the appointment of Christian Guerra as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Guerra will replace Marco Malagutti, the interim CFO, who will remain co-chief executive.
The company stated that Guerra's appointment is part of their strategy to strengthen the organisational structure and managerial roles, aligning them with the company's development strategy.
Simone Voltolin, CEO of GM Leather, expressed confidence in Guerra's contribution towards creating new opportunities for business development and making the group a reference model for the entire sector.
