WORTH partnership project offers finance and more
The WORTH partnership project will soon close its 3rd call for projects, which offers an incubation programme to participating companies to help them develop new businesses. This includes financial support of €10,000 to €20,000, as well as coaching on business strategy and technology development, legal advice on intellectual property rights and protection, participation in exhibitions, and networking and professional links.
The WORTH Partnership Project is an initiative funded by the European Commission under the EU Programme for the competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (COSME). It is the only European project that brings together designers, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), manufacturers, and technology providers to collaborate on the development of innovative, design-driven business concepts. The project focuses on lifestyle industries, including fashion and textiles, footwear, leather and fur, furniture, home decoration, architecture, interior design, jewellery, and accessories.
WORTH II was launched in 2021, following the success of the first edition (2017-2021). The project aims to select 202 transnational partnerships in three calls for proposals, involving partners from EU-27, UK, and COSME countries. This initiative offers an unparalleled opportunity for SMEs, designers, and manufacturers to collaborate, innovate, and create new business models that drive growth and competitiveness in the lifestyle industries.
The closing date for applications is 5 pm December 12. More information can be found here
