Leather and footwear testing and research institution CTC has successfully completed a project to move its laboratory in Ho Chi Minh City to a new site. 

CTC said the move had allowed it to expand its set-up in Vietnam and increase its ability to support leather, leathergoods and footwear manufacturers there in their efforts to control the quality of their products.
