New Indonesian operation for major Chinese tanner

Chinese leather manufacturing group Xingye Leather Technology has set up a new operation in Indonesia.

Reports from there say Xingye has entered into a joint-venture agreement with local tanning company CV Cisarua to set up PT Lian Hua Leather Industry in Cianjur in West Java.

Reports also say the new company will soon change its name to PT Xingye Indonesia.
