APLF announce layout change at Hong Kong exhibition

20/09/2023

Organisers of the APLF exhibition have confirmed that the fair will see significant changes in 2024. In moves that were planned for 2020 but were forced to cancel due to the pandemic

Previously situated on level 1 in Halls 1A - 1E, the leather fair will now be relocated to Level 3 of the exhibition centre. Meanwhile, Fashion Access and Materials+, currently on Level 3, will be moved to Level 1, transforming the fairs from a leather-focused event to a fashion-oriented group of fairs.

The announcement said this shift will offer more exhibition space on Level 3 and prime stand locations to current exhibitors, while also making it easier for buyers to navigate the fair according to their sourcing needs, especially for sustainable materials.

The re-segmentation and re-grouping of product zones will enhance the overall experience. The move will also attract new fashion and interior designers from Generations Y and Z, connecting them all to the leather supply chain.

The exhibition will run from March 19-21 next year.
