Stahl continues with EcoVadis success
Chemicals group Stahl has received a Platinum rating from sustainability rating agency EcoVadis for the second consecutive year. They scored 80 out of 100, up from 77 in 2022, once again placing them in the top 1% of companies evaluated.
Stahl improved their score in the Labour and Human Rights category, with a score of 90 out of 100. They aim to maintain their Platinum rating by collaborating with value chain partners and have already sourced 83% of raw materials from EcoVadis-rated suppliers.
Ingrid Weijer, ESG Performance Manager at Stahl said: “We are proud to have maintained our Platinum EcoVadis rating for the second year in a row. This score reflects Stahl’s ongoing commitment to transparency and the new policies and initiatives that were introduced over the past 12 months. But we are not perfect, and the EcoVadis evaluation criteria are becoming more demanding, so we will continue to work to improve our performance into next year.”
