London-based fashion and accessories brand Christopher Kane Limited has been purchased in a pre-pack deal by original founders Christopher Kane and his sister Tammy Kane.

Administrators FTS Recovery said it had secured an immediate sale and that: “The sale of the assets has managed to ensure repayment in full of the secured creditor and we anticipate that a distribution will also be made available to the preferential creditors.”

Christopher Kane Limited launched in 2006 after founder, Scottish designer Christopher Kane, graduated from Central Saint Martins design college in London. He ran the business with his sister, Tammy Kane until it went into administration in June 2023.

The company has now been renamed as K Realizations 2023.
