Leather chemicals group Zschimmer & Schwarz has announced a change in its senior management team.

On June 30, Dietmar Clausen stepped down from the role of chief finance officer. The company said the departure was at Mr Clausen’s own request and that he wanted “to pursue a new career”. Mr Clausen will take over an energy company that his brother ran previously.

He said he would continue to support the leather chemicals group in an advisory capacity.
On July 1, Frank Richter became Zschimmer & Schwarz’s new chief finance officer. He joined Zschimmer & Schwarz in 2020 and worked in a senior role in the finance department.
