Sustainable Business Prize open to companies in Italy
Small and medium enterprises with their headquarters in Italy have until September 22 to submit entries for the 2023 Sustainable Business Prize.
This initiative, run jointly by business newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore and the Pontifical Academy for Life, is open to companies with between 10 and 250 employees.
There are four categories: environmental sustainability, digital sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability. Each company can enter the competition in maximum of two of these categories.
In spite of many challenges in recent times, including the covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the energy crisis and difficulties in sourcing raw materials, the organisers said, companies in Italy “are demonstrating strength and tenacity”.
