Deadline looms for IULTCS Congress abstract submissions

The submission deadline for abstracts for consideration at the IULTCS International Congress will close on June 15.
The XXXVII IULTCS International Congress will be held in Chengdu, China between October 17 and 20. This is the second time the event has been held in China, with Beijing being the chosen venue in 2009.
Organisers have said they look forward to approximately 300 in person delegates.
The conference will focus on seven subject areas under the general theme “Innovations to make leather irreplaceable”
- Novel strategies for high-efficiency leather processing technologies
- Sustainable technologies for leather manufacture
- Innovations in leather chemicals
- Comprehensive utilisation of leather wastes
- Analytical and test methods for leather and leather goods
- Sustainable development of leather industry
- Design intelligence and productivity improvement in footwear and leather products.
In total, it is planned that there will be 50 main presentations with 100 poster presentations also made available.
