Bader celebrates opening of China subsidiary
German automotive leather group Bader recently celebrated the opening of their Bader-Lecapell facility in Nantong, China.
In a celebration ceremony held on May 18, Bader, who formed a cooperation venture with Austrian leather manufacturer Lecapell in 1982, marked a “significant milestone” with the opening of the Chinese operation.
The ceremony was attended by over 200 representatives of the automotive industry, consulates, and members of the chambers of commerce from both Germany and Austria.
In a statement posted on social media, Bader said: “The success of Bader - Lecapell Nantong would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our talented team. Their expertise, passion, and unwavering commitment have been crucial in ensuring the smooth establishment of this subsidiary.
As we embark on this new chapter, we do so with a deep sense of responsibility and a commitment to sustainable practices. Environmental stewardship and social responsibility are core values that guide our operations.”
