Final call for Freiberg papers
The eleventh Freiberg Leather Days conference, taking place on June 28 and 29 in Freiberg, Germany has put out the final call for papers.
The conference, being held in the "Nikolaikirche” (St Nicholas Church) will be led by the keynote speech "Can we still afford livestock?" presented by Professor Wilhelm Windisch from the Technical University of Munich.
The organisers have also announced an “iPad rally” – a scavenger hunt – through Freiberg. A team event where participants try to solve a quest. The VGCT will then hold the common dinner at the Freiberg Brauhof.
Speakers from various fields have already confirmed their presentation but space is still available for presenting new ideas, findings or applications in the field of tanning and leather technology or in related industries, Final closing date for submissions March 28.
An "EasyAccess Abstract Submission System" has been set up to submit presentations.
