Burkina Faso tannery signs agreement with Ivan Belloni
Legnano-based hide and skins brokers Ivan Belloni H&S and West African tannery Mona Industry recently announced an exclusive agreement for the distribution of leather throughout Europe.
The commercial agreement, signed between Ivan Belloni and Mona Industry chief executive, Rajesh Punjabi, aims to strengthen the production capacities and sales network of the tannery.
Set up in 2019 in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso, the tannery produces a mix of sheep and goat leathers with a capacity of approximately 150,000 skins per week.
