Hermès to pay one-off bonus to all employees

Luxury group Hermès has announced that a one-time bonus payment of €4,000 will be made to all of its 19,700 workers.
With strong demand for the brand’s products in 2022, in particular from China and the US, final-year revenues rose to €11.6 billion, with a net profit of €3.4 billion.
In addition to the bonus payments, Hermès will also pay out around €1.4 billion to shareholders in dividends, a 63% increase compared to the previous year.
With strong investment in recruitment, Hermès has created 4,300 jobs in the past three years and plans further recruitment in 2023.
