Fall in demand in China will affect Brazilian cattle prices

Feeder cattle prices are expected to drop by more than 25% in Brazil next year, according to projections by consultancy Safras & Mercado. 

New, lower price levels are based on a fall in demand for Brazilian beef in China.
Demand from China in 2022 offset a fall in domestic consumption in Brazil and supported higher price levels.
