Luxury leathergoods group Hermès has opened a new store on New York’s Madison Avenue.

The store covers a total of 1,850 square-metres over five floors and, as well as 110 sales staff, Hermès has five leather artisans working there. The company referred to these employees as a team of ambassadors of a business model that has craftsmanship and product longevity at its core.
