AICC, the Italian leather chemists’ association, has a new president. Franca Nuti was elected to the role at a meeting in Ponte a Egola at the start of September, replacing Mariano Roberto Mecenero.

Franca Nuti, who is head of research and development, regulatory affairs and sustainability at Santa Croce-based leather chemicals manufacturer FGL International, will be president of AICC for the next three years.
