Brazilian packer and tanning group Minerva has reported revenues of almost $1.7 billion for the second quarter of 2022, an increase of around 35% year on year.

Company president, Fernando Galletti de Queiroz, said demand for Brazilian beef in international markets remained promising. He said: “The imbalance in the global beef protein market continues to provide unique opportunities, especially in Asia and the Middle East.”
