London-based rental platform adds Mulberry bags to its list
Leathergoods brand Mulberry has set up a new partnership with London-based rental platform HURR, allowing customers in the UK, for the first time, to rent bags such as the brand’s Alexa and Bayswater styles.
The brand said its tie-up with HURR is the latest step in its sustainability journey and adds to its existing circularity offering.
This includes carbon-neutral factories in Somerset, giving customers the opportunity to have bags restored by skilled Mulberry artisans, and a programme to make restored bags available for sale to new owners.
“We are pleased to be partnering with HURR,” Mulberry chief executive, Thierry Andretta said. “This will offer our customers another responsible and mindful way to experience Mulberry.”
