The 2022 APLF exhibition closed in Dubai on April 1. The event took place in the United Arab Emirates for the first time owing to ongoing travel restrictions in Hong Kong, the exhibition’s home.

Organisers were pleased by the number of visitors, particularly the numbers that travelled from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. 

There has been no suggestion of Dubai becoming the permanent venue for APLF, but the organisers said they would consider holding the event twice a year, once in Hong Kong and once in Dubai. They said they would wait to learn more about industry reaction to the 2022 edition before deciding.

They have also asked event participants about the possibility of holding future editions in Singapore or Bangkok.
