Flagship Burberry store opens in Paris

Leathergoods brand Burberry has opened a new flagship store on the Rue Saint-Honoré, Paris’s most famous street for luxury shopping.
The company described the new store as a continuation of its “rich and celebrated history” in the French capital. When founder, Thomas Burberry, took the decision to open a first overseas store in 1909, he chose Paris as the location.
It designed its new store there in collaboration with architect Vincenzo de Cotiis. It is on three storeys, the first of which is devoted to the brand’s bags and other accessories.
