Increase in shoe export and import values for France in H1

France’s footwear manufacturers earned €1.9 billion in export earnings in the first six months of 2021, an increase of 28% compared to the same period in 2020.

Industry body the Conseil National du Cuir (CNC) has not published the number of pairs French companies exported.

It revealed that retailers and brands in France imported shoes worth close to €3.2 billion in the first half of 2021 up by 18%.
