Tanning machinery manufacturer Cartigliano celebrated its sixtieth anniversary on August 24.

It pointed out that it had grown from a team of 15 people at the company’s launch in 1961 to a total of 115 today. It said its own willingness to diversify into areas such as sustainability and its commitment to building strong relationships had helped it grow.

It said it was proud to have contributed to making the leather sector in Italy a global leader. Cartigliano insisted that the Italian leather sector’s continuous investment in technological innovation had helped to set it apart.
