Webinar series from Stahl to go ahead despite ACLE date-change
Leather chemicals group Stahl has announced that a series of webinars it set up as part of its programme for the All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) in Shanghai will go ahead, despite the postponement of the exhibition.
ACLE was scheduled to run from August 31 to September 3, but the organisers announced on August 9 that they were postponing the event because of covid-19, giving November 23-25 as new dates.
Stahl has now said it will stick to the original dates for its webinars. The series will cover topics such as sustainable development, lifecycle assessment data and digital transformation. It will also offer a presentation on trends for automotive leather, mobility interiors and shoe finishes.
Chief innovation officer, John Fletcher, commented: “We are committed to sharing knowledge and engaging in dialogue with stakeholders from around the world. Our digital ACLE webinar series will enable us to do this safely, so we are proud to be continuing with the programme and to be supporting our partners regardless of location.”
