Digital Freiberg Leather Days concludes successfully
The ninth Freiberg Leather Days seminar came to a successful conclusion on June 10, with the two-day programme running online.
Organisers, the German Association for Chemistry and Technology in Tanning (VGCT) and the FILK Freiberg research institute, still made efforts to incorporate social activities such as a digital world travel game into the digital programme.
These social activities took place alongside technical presentations on subjects including traceability, sustainable chemistry, the detection of chrome VI and innovations in tanning machinery.
Delegates said the event had run smoothly and that the programme had been of high quality.
The organisers have announced that next year’s Freiberg Leather Days will take place on May 11 and 12.
