Ryanair opts for Muirhead’s 25% weight saving

Low-cost airline Ryanair has chosen lightweight, full-substance leather from Muirhead to cover the seats in 175 of its Boeing 737-800 and 737 MAX aircraft.

Muirhead said the leather Ryanair had chosen was designed specifically for the aviation industry, was easy to clean and offered a weight saving of 25% on the company’s standard leather.
