Turkish industry forecasts 30% fall for exports in 2020

The leather industry in Turkey expects now to close 2020 with export revenues of around $1.1 billion, more than 30% down on the figure for last year.
Figures for the first nine months of 2020 show export revenues of $500 million for Turkish shoes and $350 million for leather garments. This was closer to 40% down on the figure for the corresponding period last year.
