Water recycling reaches 80% at PrimeAsia China

Leather manufacturer PrimeAsia has announced that it reached a milestone of recycling 80% of the water it uses in production at its tannery in Huangjiang in southern China.
It said this represented important progress in its efforts to reduce its use of fresh water across the group.
Installing new technology at the wastewater treatment plant at its other tannery, in Vietnam, to allow it to carry out Fenton and BioNET processes there, is part of the same drive to reduce the group’s water usage.
