Assomac announces new ideas for Simac Tanning Tech
Italian tanning and footwear machinery manufacturers’ association Assomac has said the months of lockdown caused by covid-19 have given it time to prepare to relaunch the Simac Tanning Tech fair when it next takes place, from February 24-26.
“In spite of the impact of the pandemic,” said Assomac president, Gabriella Marchioni Bocca, “we have refused to become discouraged and have taken time to work to make the fair more open and more digital.”
In addition to traditional contact at the show, changes visitors and exhibitors will notice in February will include an online matching service to arrange in-person meetings at Simac Tanning Tech, an information sharing platform, and real-time interaction between exhibitors and visitors on the event app.
