Johnny Coca leaving role as Mulberry creative director
After five years with Mulberry, creative director Johnny Coca will be leaving the luxury brand. Mr Coca’s last day will be 31 March, and the company is currently looking for a successor.
In a statement, CEO Thierry Andretta thanked Mr Coca for his contributions to the brand. “Johnny's creative vision has been a key element in delivering our strategy to develop Mulberry as an international luxury lifestyle brand,” he said.
Mr Andretta said the company, which celebrates its 50th anniversary next year, is continuing to focus on building the label as a global luxury brand. Mr Coca’s last collection for Mulberry will be Spring / Summer 2021.
