Zschimmer & Schwarz looks forward to APLF

Fresh from celebrating its 125th anniversary last year, Leather chemicals manufacturer Zschimmer & Schwarz has said it intends to use the 2020 APLF exhibition as a platform for underlining its contribution to the leather industry in Asia.

At the event, which takes place in Hong Kong from March 31 to April 2, Zschimmer & Schwarz will have senior technologists from China and other parts of Asia on hand to display and explain recent product development. 

Highlights will include Contripon Deo, a reactive auxiliary to counteract unpleasant odour in the beamhouse but has no effect on the characteristics of finished leather. There is also Contripon VG, which adds emulsifier and perfume to the last wash in the wet-end stage of processing to help leather pass any smell test.
