Burberry brings film star into its campaign for Chinese New Year

Film star Zhou Dongyu and a new iteration in “vivid red” of the Lola bag are among the highlights of luxury brand Burberry’s campaign for Chinese New Year, which this year falls on January 25.

Burberry recruited Ms Zhou, named by Forbes as one of China’s top-ten celebrities in 2019 to publicise a special collection it has launched for the holiday, picturing her with the Lola bag.

The brand has made the special collection, which also includes clothes and scarves, available not just in China but in select stores around the world.
