New design studio at Tata-owned Ranipet shoe manufacturer

Footwear manufacturing company Bachi Shoes has formally inaugurated a new design studio at its facility in Ranipet, in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Bachi is owned by Tata International.

The parent company’s leather products division said the new design studio would help Bachi Shoes improve the quality of its footwear, improve efficiency and meet customer objectives.

It added that Bachi is increasing its customer base “every season” and said the new design studio would help it expand further because faster access to samples will give customers a better understanding of the manufacturer’s capabilities.
