Leathergoods, footwear and fashion companies represented on Fondazione Altagamma’s leadership team include Gucci, Fendi, Prada, Loro Piana and Sergio Rossi.
On taking up the presidency, which he will hold for the next three years, Matteo Lunelli said: “Made in Italy continues to have an extraordinarily evocative power, linked to our regions, our savoir-faire and our lifestyle. The wider economic situation requires Altagamma companies to build contacts with new consumers, who are likely to be Asian, young, digitally savvy and passionate about the values our brands represent.”
