Workplace honour for Lanxess in Brazil

A business publication, Guia Você S/A, works with business administration education and consultancy provider Fundação Instituto de Administração, to prepare and carry out surveys among workers in a range of sectors.
For the 2019 awards, more than 250,000 employees in 87 cities across Brazil completed questionnaires on their places of work. Follow-up interviews then took place with around 4,000 workers.
From this, the assessment team was able to give all participating companies a score based on their results in two areas: workers’ happiness and the quality of the work environment. Lanxess came out top in the chemicals industry.
