Peter Pilotto is releasing a collection of colourful leather handbags and accessories, which is said to be the first such line from the brand. Created by London-based Peter Pilotto and his design partner Christopher De Vos, the leather line includes a satchel, backpack, tote and envelope clutch. 

The backpack (pictured) is described as a “lightweight, azur and tan leather backpack with a spacious interior” by the Peter Pilotto website. The new pieces are available for preorder and have an estimated delivery date of 30 October — although the envelope clutch has already sold out. 

In September, Mr Pilotto told Vogue that he and Mr De Vos had been spending time in Italy working on leather goods, and in early October told Harper’s Bazaar that the pair had “a few exciting things lined up”.
