Sustainable business award in Scottish Leather Group’s sights

Scottish Leather Group is a finalist in a new awards programme set up by Glasgow-based newspaper The Herald.

The tanning group is one of four contenders in the sustainable business category of the inaugural Pioneer Awards. The Herald said it had set the programme up to recognise and reward companies across all business sectors that have “engaged in sustainability and innovation to address the global climate crisis, making a more sustainable Scotland a reality”.

Winners in all 11 categories will be named at a black-tie dinner in Glasgow on November 13.
