30/09/2019
Leather manufacturing group ISA TanTec has promoted Ronda de Bie to the position of senior vice-president for sales. She had previously been the company’s US director of sales and product management. She will now take responsibility for all sales activity globally.

Before joining ISA TanTec in 2012, Ms de Bie worked for Pfister&Vogel, Tyche Leather and Shanghai Richina. Chief executive, Uwe Hutzler, said on announcing the promotion that she had played an important role in the company’s growth since her arrival, building a strong sales team in the US.

ISA TanTec’s senior vice-president of sales for the last six years, Keith Hill, will now relocate to the US after 21 years in Asia. He will continue to work for the company as vice-president of business development, based in its showroom in Portland, Oregon.

Current west coast account executive, Gordon Wemmitt, has been promoted to the position of sales director in the US. He will report to Ronda de Bie.
