The second edition of Innovation Square will take place at Lineapelle in Milan from October 2-4. This follows the successful launch of the idea at the autumn 2018 edition of the exhibition.

Innovation Square will seek to examine how new ideas and new technology can help companies meet current consumer demands and market trends.

Opening sessions will cover six technical themes, with more than 30 speakers from all over the world taking part. It will conclude with a debate on the future of innovation in the leather industry.

The six technical themes will be new aesthetics, nanotechnology, biotech, customisation, wearable devices and circularity.
