New arrangements in place for Bata Pakistan

Under the new agreement, Bata Pakistan will pay 5% of net turnover to the parent group, an increase from the 2% it has paid previously. However, the new arrangement will give it exclusive use of the Bata name in the local market.
Bata Pakistan grew turnover by 8% in 2018 to almost $120 million, but net profit declined slightly compared to the previous year, reaching $10.6 million.
