Programme in place for 2019 SLTC conference

To start the conference, SLTC has invited Dr Michael Meyer from German research institute FILK to deliver the 2019 Procter Memorial Lecture. He will speak about the thermal behaviour of collagen.
Other speakers on the day will include the director of the Institute for Creative Leather Technology at the University of Northampton, Rachel Garwood, sales director of Silvateam, Eric Poles, product communication and promotion manager at Trumpler, Dr Jeffry Guthrie-Strachan, and former World Leather technical editor, Richard Daniels.
A cocktail reception and dinner will take place in the evening.
