Model tannery visit available for Fimec visitors

As in previous years, visitors to the 2019 Fimec tanning industry exhibition in Novo Hamburgo (February 26-28) will have the chance to visit the SENAI Institute of Technology in Leather and the Environment in nearby Estância Velha.

Transportation is on offer from the exhibition site in Novo Hamburgo for visits on the first and last days of the fair. The visits will comprise talks and a tour of SENAI’s model tannery.

On February 26, the subject of the talk will be restricted substances, while the lecture on the last day will cover optimisation of the tanning process.
