Cameroon’s industrialisation plan has leather as a pillar

30/11/2018
Leather will be part of an “industrialisation master-plan” for Cameroon.

The country’s senators attended a workshop on the plan at the end of November and heard that leather will be on of its pillars, along with other sectors including forestry, mining, hydrocarbons, cotton, textiles, apparel and chemistry.

Cameroon’s aim is to use industrialisation to “attain emergence” by 2035.
